Sharanya Arun Holla

Greetings Delegates! My name is Sharanya Arun Holla. It's my immense pleasure and honor to become the Assistant Director of United Nations Human Rights Council(UNHRC).

It all commenced in the year 2020, my very first MUN session posing as the delegate of Pakistan for United Nations General Assembly. I had done my fair share of researching but was it nerve-wracking? daunting? demanding? Yes. You name it, I felt it all! I couldn’t perform to my maximum potential but still kicked in with a verbal mention.

Then rolled 2021,2022 and 2023 and my love for MUN’ing only increased day by day. I took part in different MUNS. This time around, I was considerably more confident, which enabled me to secure the position of High commendation 2, Honorable Mention 1 and a Best Delegate Award.

As your assistant director for this years UNHRC committee, I swear allegiance to do everything in my power to make this a wholesome and memorable MUN experience for all of you.
